We are Farfetch Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), and we are committed to protecting your privacy. We are a company registered in the Cayman Islands, with our principal office located at Cayman Corporate Centre, 27 Hospital Road, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1-9008.

This IR Privacy Policy provides information on how we collect and use personal data on our investor relations website, available on the Internet at www.farfetchinvestors.com (the "Website"). For our product and user site (farfetch.com and local sites), please refer to our privacy policy here .

Our group of companies, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company, and that company’s subsidiaries as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006, includes Browns (South Molton Street) Limited, Fashion Concierge UK Limited, Farfetch Portugal – Unipessoal, Lda., Farfetch UK Limited, Farfetch.com Limited, Farfetch.com US LLC., Farfetch.com Brasil Servicos LTDA, Farfetch Japan Co Ltd and Farfetch (Shanghai) E-Commerce Co. Ltd (the “Farfetch Group”). We may share your personal information in order to operate our business and provide the Website and services. Rest assured, their use of information is consistent with this IR Privacy Policy;
  • Third party service providers for business purposes: to function properly, we rely on a number of carefully selected third parties to provide us with services and products. We permit these companies to use your personal information only to the extent necessary to provide us with their services and products. Below you can find the types of third parties we use:
    • Analytics and search engine providers that we use to assist us in the improvement and optimisation of the Website.
    • IT/technology providers that we use to support, maintain and provide our technology and IT infrastructure that supports our Website and the storage of your information.
